This is the ultimate convenience. Mike picks up and delivers your laundry and saves you great time and effort. Prices are very reasonable and he is super responsive and prompt. It was a pleasure just placing all the clean, neatly folded towels & sheets into my linen closet. Should the need arise again, I would use this service and recommend to friends & family without hesitation.

They are quickly to take your money and pick up your stuff but after weeks off being message around they finally bring my belongings back, it smelt disgusting damp like Ive never smelled before must have been kept in their Trashbags damp for a long time, they took it again to re do it, now weeks Again and now not answering, I want my stuff back and refund, Iv never experienced A company this bad before

LIAR  and THIEF Please be Warned!! I used the Company of Mobile Laundry USA for pick up wash fold and delivery service. I left two bags of laundry and my roommate left two comforters. After receiving the service I was only given back one bag which I notice quite a few of my clothing missing and my roommate one of the comforters was not completely with dry rot and smell awful! So called the company back and spoke to Mike the owner who told me he and his assistants personally handled our items, that once wash and fold everything is condensed. I specified about SEVERAL items I had missing and the smell of the comforters. Instead of being apologetic and try to rectify the situation he proceeds to Endorse how long they've been in business and the big accounts and that he is not Goodwill and they do not steal clothes! Wow! He said to leave the comforters out to be picked up again and he would see if he could find anything that I was missing..Days went by and he didn't pick up the comforters to fresh and nothing but excuses  from business meeting to its his birthday! and once the comforters were picked up he would leave a bag of miscellaneous laundry and that I should rummage through pick out any that we're mine! What? Can You say Unprofessional!! Needless to say almost all the items were mine. I forgot to mention the service was on Thanksgiving Eve (11/27) and we still has not been resolved and today is 12/19 Save yourself the time money and a headache and go else where! No refund either!!
