PIP Construction

I am another contractor that has not been paid by PIP Construction. They do not pay their final invoice for the work completed. I do not suggest doing business with them as a customer or a contractor.

This company don’t pay their subcontractors. They give excuses just to not pay for the job already well done.

I usually do not take the time to write reviews. I really don't have it. But PIP construction has been a nightmare. They looked nice and professional at the beginning. But turned out to be dishonest, arrogant, do not deliver on time or what was agreed on. They all the time are looking for ways to take advantage of customers. Horrible people. Stay away from them. That is my advise to all. I gave 1 start only because I have to choose one to add the post but honestly PIP Restoration does not deserve not even 1 star. Horrible people.

Scammers!!! My neighbors told me how they were referred by a realtor, Nicole Raines, with Casa Bella Real Estate to Paul Lutwin with PIP Construction so they gave them a try to, sadly, only get conned out of $5750. PIP Construction subcontracts work out and works with unlicensed contractors and felons (beware of Daniel Golding with Gold Fence, LLC who is a complete fraud as well)!!! A word to the wise in my community, do not use Nicole Raines as a realtor; do not use PIP Construction for any contracting work (or really subcontracting work); do not use Gold Fence, LLC for any fencing. These people should have their licenses revoked, at a minimum, and certainly are not decent human beings!!!
