Safe Ship

So I called to ask a question, was put on hold for about 10 minutes. I hung up and they called back. I was quoted for $1 per print out(I needed 5) When I got there I sent them the emails so they could print it out, it took about 10 long minutes just to do that and they were only able to print 3 of the 5 that i needed. but the lady still charged me for 5 copies. also, I just checked the tracking history and it's still sitting at their office. the other 2 packages that I had to ship elsewhere has already made it to their destination or very is near. Idk if I'll give this place another try, but if I do and the service IS better, I will update my review accordingly. but sadly at the moment it's a 2 star out of 5.

Had to come here for my Fingerprints for a job. The man who did them seemed angry that I was there and annoyed when I tried to speak. He also complained that I was "under dressed". Which made me really confused because I was wearing shorts and a tshirt and shoes. I didn't know if he was saying that because I wasn't wearing a mask but I had to take a photo too for the fingerprints so either way I'd have to take it off. If you MUST go here for any reason, don't expect customer service or any basic kindness.
