Holiday Inn Express & Suites Deland South, an IHG Hotel

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast items were well stocked and replenished immediately. Friendly staff. Nearby activities: Short drive to downtown DeLand, Blue Spring State Park, and Springs to Springs Trail.

Location is great its close to everything. For the most part staff was great except the African guy that works the overnight shift he was extremely lazy and misinformed. The rest of the staff though was great! Rooms stayed clean towels were always stocked and they were very accommodating to the trailer and bikes since I visited during bike week. Breakfast lacked most of the time I was there though which was a bummer. Nearby activities: Close to Daytona & other beaches and parks. Safety: Are seemed safe for the most part Walkability: There was a Publix and several restaurants nearby that could be walked to

Clean hotel, friendly staff, plenty of parking with restaurants or bars close. Hotel was overbooked on the IHG app but Stephanie communicated with us and at the end of the day someone cancelled and we were able to keep our room.

The hotels location is just perfect. There is a Thai restaurant just across the street as well as an icecream shop, Publix, cvs and Starbucks. All of which are a stone throw away. The breakfast though wasnt great
