        I made an appointment twice, once online and once in person! Both times I was told I'd never made an appointment and I sat there for close to an hour and a half each time. I understand they might be understaffed, but when I came up to the counter to voice my concerns all I got was "well I can't find it, I can reschedule you if you want" in a super rude voice by a woman who couldn't even be bothered to look up at me. Never coming here again. In fact, I may even switch banks because this isn't the first time wells Fargo has completely wasted my time.

        Thanks for all the reviews i was gonna open a second acct only because I've moved but now i think I'll drive to Orange City where they are very on point with what they are doing and never have to wait long.I even got a call from the manager to tell me the lobby is back open very polite and very business like...
