Your review is full of false claims. Your work was performed four years ago - 6/19/2019 to be exact - install RV plug, GFCI in shed work bench, and GFCI for water softener. You stated that for the last 4 years, you have not had any issues whatsoever. We never stated that we would not come out to perform a diagnostic. You asked us if we would come and troubleshoot your issue for FREE. We stated that there is a cost to troubleshoot and find the cause of your surges that you erroneously presume are due to 3 separate outlets we installed 4 years ago. As we informed you over the phone, the surges in your home cannot be related, but is most probably a loose neutral in your panel or bad main breaker that may be causing your surges. You stated that since we charge for troubleshooting, you would find another company to come out and troubleshoot for free. Quality work and expertise does not come for free.
