Negative stars should be added to effectively describe how horrible this place truly is. I ordered my wedding flowers from this place months in advance. I asked for the stems to be wrapped in silk for the bouquet toss, a blue rose for the grooms vest, and I was very specific about the colors and flower type. A cascade of stargazer tiger lilies, white and pink roses and bluebells.
The day of my wedding my mother picked up my flowers, she thought something was wrong when she got them but assumed any changes they made were approved by me.
She was wrong... On my big day my flowers were horrible... The rose for my husband was a piece of blue-green hydrangea... The silk wrapped stems were replaced with a heavy plastic handle with a foam ball on top where the flowers were cut and pushed into... The whole thing was ridiculously heavy, if it where thrown it could have really hurt someone. The stems were cut so short on some flowers that we had to find glue and glue them in place... More of the disgusting looking blue-green hydrangea (which I never asked for) was used for filler all over the ball... But even with all that there was still gaps left in it where you could see the green foam ball...
I was never contacted by them at all about any changes made to my flowers. I called them after my honeymoon to find out the flowers were damaged when they received them, so the changed my bouquet without contacting me. For something this important, I should have been called, even if it was the day before my wedding, I should have been called so changes could have been made.
The only saving grace from all this was the fact our photographer could Photoshop them out and add a new bouquet.
