Just left the walk in clinic, the lady behind the desk was very rude, very careless and like to yell at patients, i do not recommend going there you will eaither die before you get to the window to talk to them, the drs are wonderful therr just the lady behind the wall was ridridiculously rude

I suffer from anxiety disorder and it's very hard for me to see a doctor. My boyfriend came with me because he usually speaks for me, as I am not good in social situations or situations involving doctors due to trauma from being hospitalized as a child. The nurse here was incredibly rude, and the female doctor was very snappy and aggressive to my boyfriend, which came off as discriminatory. I would not recommend coming here if you are someone with anxiety or someone who has issues speaking. I don't know what assumptions they were making about us but all I can say is they need to do better to make it more comfortable here for people with mental disorders/anxiety. Worst experience ever.

I give this clinic a one star only because the nurses and front desk people are absolute garbage and don't care about anyone. Now when it comes to the Dr. Tom Roberts I give this man 5 stars or more. I needed to refill a prescription and none of these lazy nurses would call me back so instead of getting what I was prescribed I'm getting shorted a month and have to take less medication to get by. Otherwise Dr. Roberts is a blessing to be at this clinic and has been a great part of my recovery in life but the nurses and front desk need to be fired and replaced as they are garbage and could careless about you!!!! 9-23-21 Update: Saw Dr. Roberts on the 20th and small mistake with pharmacy refilling a med and other med (alergic reactions). I spent 4 days try to get a return phone call after calling about 8 times and no response. Complained I wanted to speak to the hospital administrator and talked to Lisa who promptly got "the ball moving"!! Dr. Robert's nurse Ricki called back promptly got everything taken care of and called me back to let me she took care of it (Thank You)! No increase in stars but it shouldn't come to having to go further up the chain of command to get things done. As mentioned above, Dr. Tom Roberts is a blessing to have in this community and can't praise him enough...just wish his staff would check their phone messages and return calls when people need their meds.

Truly a great clinic with caring folks from entering to exiting. I was seen by a APRN for a wrist and thumb injury and she was very kind and professional. I truly appreciate her concern for my troubles and how quickly she got my X-ray information after I had them taken. Thank-You Christina Johnson, APRN you are an asset to “ Healthmark Health Clinic”. Hopefully if I return I would like to be seen by “You”.

The Dr there are very professional and they seem to genuinely care about their patients both Dr's I've seen take time to listen and they are very thorough.
