The selection was good the sales lady was nice but lacked follow up after I made my selection and coordinating getting an estimate in install the carpet. I had to call back several times and would always get a new sales person not the one I wrote the sale with, Honestly, very frustrating. But lovely samples and products.

The owner of this place is such a nice guy, very helpful and knowledgeable. Great products with better then competitive prices. I received my window treatments within a week. One stop shop, from the floor to the windows. Thank you for caring about your customers!

Bo did a great job in my house. He showed up on time. Gave us a great price. Promise delivery in one week. His installers showed up on time. Did a great job. Clean up behind themselves. Im extremely happy with his and his employees professional service. I highly recommend to everyone Royal design center.
