Best real estate agent ever! 5 stars are just not enough for Charles. Our experience in buying our forever with him was beyond wonderful. He immediately figured out what we were looking for and showed us the perfect home within days of meeting him. He is on top of everything and experienced. Whole process was smooth. Best realtor ever! Charles went above and beyond to help us to find our dream house. He sent to us several updates when he found a property that met our criteria and also was fast to set up views. My husband and I were choosy and Charles was patient with us and treat us with such professionalism that it is hard to find (our first realtor just wants to push us to buy the first house we visit). It took us almost 3 years to find a house, he walked with us through the whole process and didn't give up on us. Finally, we found our dream home, and his advice when we submitted the offer put us first on the list of offers and we were able to get into a contract. Also, he helped us to find the right lender that push through the contract and make it happen, finally, we closed in our dream house in 30 days. We were blessed to find Charles and that he sticks to us through this process. Choosing him as your realtor will be something you will not regret.
