Nossa, Fantastico, I dont have words to describe the hospitality from Alex and his team. From thew moment I got in they greeted me like if I went every day. They shared with me that they have other locations however ill be hanging out at this one truly hidden jem. They make Fugazzetas for all you Argentiniens out there, Papas fritas a la provenzal and the flavors OMG thank you thank you thank you.

Just came from Tamarindo(first time), friends ordered grilled pork chops and it was SO SALTY!! Sergio could not eat it and my other friend just tried it because he took food back to work, SALTY AS HELL. FIRE the cook.... I ordered the CHICKEN and it's the same SALTY AS HELL!! Cook must have used a ton of salt!! Alex is a good guy , BUT the cook is SALT CRAZY!!!

I order from here often and it has always been delicious, but I recently had a HORRIBLE experience and called to complain twice and the manager still hasn't had the decency to call me back. I had ordered a pepperoni pizza and their chicken ceasar salad and was expecting the usual great food and found a large dark hair under the pepperoni as I took a bite. I called to ask them simply to take this one back and bring a new plain cheese pizza. Not only did the "manager" I spoke with not care at all, he proceeded to tell me he had no authority to replace the pizza and did nothing about it, he told me he would have the manager call me back shortly. The manager DID NOT CALL, so I called back the next day. Spoke with the same man from the previous night who went on to tell me the same thing, he would have someone call me back. 48 hours later, no one has called me back or bothered to fix the situation. Not only do I order from them all the time, they must truly not care about their loyal customers or their lack of customer service! I am more disgusted with the lack of effort to rectify the situation than the actual disgusting hair I found in my food.
