I adore Gloria. I always get the feeling that she truly cares and always willing to help in any way. I feel very confident in her and most comfortable. Not only does she give good sound advice, she listens. I rate Gloria a 5 star

I had the unfortunate experience of being stopped for a VERY VERY QUESTIONABLE DUI. The police officer was very young and inexperienced and completely lied about the stop and the events that unfolded. Without going into details I realized I was dealing with an overzealous officer and decided to keep my mouth shut which in return angered the young officer I decided I was going to fight this in court vehemently. But unfortunately you need to go to DUI school to obtain a hardship license. I enrolled at boca bay driving school which was fine. They were caring and compassionate instructors at boca bay. At the completion of the class one of the requirements is to have a substance abuse assessment completed by a counseling center. I chose to go with Nexus Blue Water counseling thinking it was run by the instructors at boca bay driving school. BIG MISTAKE it is located next to boca bay driving school but no affiliation. Being from out of state I enrolled in the zoom sessions. On the day of my appointment in zoom I purposely contacted Nexus Blue Water counseling to make sure I was in correct chat room to speak with the counselor. After several minutes waiting in the chat I decided to contact Nexus blue water to inform them no one was entering the chat room. The representative from Nexus was completely rude and aggressive telling me I did something wrong. I was shocked by this behavior! this is supposed to be a counseling center. I was told to hang up the phone and wait for instructions. Then out of the blue ( no pun intended) I received a barely audible phone call from the licensed therapist informing me we could do the session over the phone right now. I informed the therapist that I paid for a zoom session and was not comfortable with all the phone static over the phone line. The therapist demanded we proceed. After complaining many times about the static on phone connection the therapist insisted we keep going on with the session becoming outright rude. When I finally told the therapist this was pointless proceeding. The therapist said nothing and disconnected the phone call. An hour later the therapist called me again and asked me a couple questions about the night of the DUI stop. I told the therapist like I told the officer that night I had not been drinking any alcohol at all and I did not trust this young inexperienced officer ( hence why I refused breathalyzer and limited my conversation with the officer) The therapist response was that in the police report the officer said he smelled a strong odor of alcohol and that his word was as good as gold and I would require 7 more therapy sessions at a considerable amount of $ and time. I couldnt believe what the therapist recommended and immediately made a complaint to the supervisors at nexus blue water counseling. The supervisors that I spoke with were the absolute worst all they cared about was getting my $ they could care less about counseling people rather just grab their $. Nexus blue water counseling is a complete SCAM based solely on greed and monetary gain. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Nexus and their unethical business practices. I tried to contact the financial department about a refund but no one would return my requests. Also my DUI was completely dropped in court as well.
