Currently using Michael and had I seen the review of the young lady, I would have MISTAKENLY stayed away. He is very accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, old school lawyer, and WOW very supportive. I got him through my ARAG legal insurance and I would recommend him to everyone! I normally do not do reviews, but so seldom you meet a competent lawyer, who loves what he does and it's not all about the money. Yes, as picky as I am....Mr. Felton really deserves this accreditation.

Well Ms. Cohn, if you're such a legal eagle smarty pants, why didn't you just do it yourself? That's my reaction to that post... especially after using Mike's services. I found him through my legal plan at work, ARAG. Mike is very personable, yet professional, and smart as a whip. He is also very accommodating with appointment times, and when he's consulting with you, you're his only priority. He helped draft a great pre-nup agreement and was very patient and helpful as we went back and forth with tweaks and updates. He's a great attorney and I am now also going to use him for pre-existing MSA/custody agreement consultation, my will/estate planning, and any other legal needs. He is my go to guy... .thanks Mike!

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! He is incompetent and incapable of producing an accurate document. I hired him for a simple prenuptial agreement. After he requested and notated the details of all of my assets, I was sent a document containing the names of previous clients in addition to other glaring mistakes. The asset list he wrote up for me was incorrectly labeled as per the prenuptial document, was missing information and contained incorrect information. Luckily I have a background as a legal secretary and knew this document was worthless due to the inaccuracies and would never hold up in court should the need arise. I wish someone had warned me before I wasted my money.
