Absolutely deserves more than five stars staff was helpful and friendly. Trainers actually took their time to go over the bases with my kids. And made a whole experience enjoyable

So I called last week to have privates for my granddaughter. We scheduled the meeting for Monday the 29th of November at 4 pm got here and no one is here. I texted chat line, states 6 hour fir response time. Not acceptable in my book. Worst Customer Service at this point I will go somewhere else that would like my money. Btw I waiting til 4:10 pm before I posted this review. I also got a text back from one of the office members after posting but couldnt stay. So after all this they called me and apologized offered me a free class. I accept to see how they are and if my granddaughter would learn. And I have to say so far so good. Im happy that they called and made this right. We are booked for privates for 4 weeks out and see.

We love how friendly and welcoming everyone was when we came for my 6 year old to start tumbling. She was nervous because shes never tumbled before and she was with girls who were more advanced , but she listened and loved her coach who taught her a lot of basic skills while the other girls were doing more advanced. I cant wait to see how Elle progresses and what all she will learn in her time here

My great niece previously went to this gym. And to be honest it wasnt the best experience we couldve hoped for. The coaches seemed to have favorites that was an obvious one. The owner wasnt very professional and had a slight attitude. I suggest the following gyms, top gun, champion, legendary, power or even cheer express. Overall the gym is good for tinies or even youth but as your kids grow older bring them elsewhere!
