Bill has prepared our taxes for several years now. He helped with my mother in laws taxes as well when she became ill. He had been her cpa for years prior. His professionalism and knowing what questions to ask, saved her from paying unnecessary taxes. We trust Bill... and that is the bottom line.

Complete waste of time! I met with Bill today about doing our business and personal tax returns. I arrived with my prior year returns printed out for him to review. After looking through them, he asked me where my current business books were. I told him they are in QuickBooks. He then stood up and said that he told me to bring them with me, which he never did, and demanded that I leave immediately. It was such an abrupt display of frustration that it frightened me a bit. I stood up and left his office as quickly as I could.
Update:
My call with him last Friday, that he says was "a struggle to get off," was only 5 minutes long. I just checked my call history to be sure. We reviewed a few things since we hadn't spoke since last June, I confirmed the potential pricing, and we scheduled the meeting. BUYER BEWARE ON THIS ONE!

Was willing to help me with a question i had over the phone even though he didnt have to and that shows alot. Definitely will be doing business with him in the near future.
