When given the estimate for work to be done, the description of what would be accomplished was a clear out of the suckers in the oak tree. There was no limiting statement that the clear out was only to the forks of the tree. Was interested in hurricane protection as a goal. Not shade. Thought the canopy would be thinned in the process as is recommended by arborist. Was told that you don’t want to touch the canopy. Made four appointments before they came fifth time. Never contacted me regarding their need to cancel until end of the day and then as a response to my inquiry. Trimmed a neighbor’s tree in the process that will probably put me in an adversarial position with her, unfortunately. Cleaned up well after trimming. Unsatisfactory experience. Real lack of professionalism, in my opinion. Cost for what was done was over twice what I paid last year from different company.

The crew did a very thorough job trimming out my oak and palms. Cleaned up and left the property looking good. I would (and have) recommended them to my neighbors.

This is a great company! I called to have yard clean up and tree trimming to see if they could come out the same day! They were able to come out and did an amazing job. They worked fast and did more then expected, and our yard looks great. I would definitely recommend this company.
