Walked in waited at the door 5-10 minutes for someone to seat us, then it took about 15 minutes for someone to notice we were their, never once did anybody come refill our drinks and the food was just ok. I was excited to try this place but sadly I probably won't ever go back.

I was hoping to eat a decent meal but the food tasted like it was made several days ago and reheated in the microwave. Won't go there again.

I went here expecting it to be great and was let down more than I can even explain. The food was dry and flavorless. If it wasn't dry, it was overly greasy. The service was sub-par at best. Avoid UNOs and head down the street to BJs.

If you like Chicago style pizza, this is the best. We are from IL originally and have eaten at Uno's down town and are so glad they have a chain here. The thin crust pizza looks so good but I can't not get the Classic every time we go. It is so thick and yet the crust is crunchy. There is no hunting for the toppings because they are generous and the service is great. If a mistake is made they are there to fix it, they want happy customers and it show. There is additional parking in the back so don't let the small space in front fool you.
