Overall my experience was great. Im giving a one star because of April. I got my period while doing a study and rush to the front asking for a pad. April was up there. I explain to her the situation and that I had blood running down my thigh. She told me she got me went in to get a pad five minutes later she hadnt came out so I go around the corner I look and shes in the closet having a conversation with her coworker I was a little frustrated because she knew that I had blood running down my thigh so I go around and I told the other nurse that I had ask her for some pads and that shes having a conversation while Im waiting on her to bring me the pad . less than 30 seconds later the other nurse gives me a pad. April comes out she question where did I get the pad. I told her another nurse gave it to me and went on about my day. I would say about 10 minutes later she bust into my room starts yelling at me angry questioning me asking me why was I talking about her? What was I talking about? How dare I speak about her just feeling nauseous and made a fool of herself. I guess the whole time she did not realize my roommate was in there, and when she finally did, she asked to speak to me in private, and I told her that was not going to happen, especially the way she came into my room and that I have a witness and I would need a witness to ever communicate with her in private, so I ask her for a manager , she then proceed to tell me that she was a manager. I found out later on that was a lie. She told me she was going to get another manager and never came back. I wasnt upset up until the point she came into my room as if she wanted to fight me. And I still didnt get not one pad from her.

Staff member STACY is the worst. She will write you up for no reason. without your Knowledge, and if she doesn't like anything u say , she will make something up to get you in trouble. They need to watch out for this employee, she is really bad. She makes her own rules from all the other staff and will get upset with you if you mention it to her.

Their new call System is so trash they are allowing this worker to sit at home and take no call I called a month ago still no phone call back

Everyone here was very friendly and professional. I was could not pass screening due to my birth control being from abroad (not fda approved) but that's not their fault as they're focused on patient safety and clear testing results. I would highly recommend this place.

The male doesn't need to have any type or sterilisation surgery when come to women the have to have histerectomy??? So unfair to women!!!
