Chris was extremely efficient, he advertised, went through entire house, called specialty dealers, and had the entire sale ready to go on the promised date...There were lots of people for entire sale, honestly no down times. He sold ever single thing, and then vacuumed the entire house. He was amazing..

Christopher did a great job liquidating my uncles estate last week. We didn't know how we were going to get rid of everything. Other companies were not interested in conducting a sale for us but Christopher was and his 30% fee was very reasonable. Christopher had the entire house cleaned out and vacuumed ready for the realtor. After he was done he sent us copies of all of the receipts with the check so quickly. Thanks to his quick response and professionalism the house has already sold! Thank you Christopher

I purchased 2 night stands from his estate sale on a Saturday. I paid and was given a receipt to pick them up 2 days later but when I called Christopher he said he sold them to another buyer! How unprofessional. Then I told him I wanted my money back but he said he wasn’t available that day bla bla. Now he doesn’t answer my calls. Guy is unprofessional and rude to customers. He is also a thief, unless he gives my money back.
