Great prices, awful service. We order over $1000 worth of materials at different times and problems with everything. Delivering damage doors, not delivering on time, calling at 730 in morning, the sales people never call you back, leave you on hold for 5 minutes at a time. The owner Terry really should do a over haul on this place.

Terrible customer service and could care less about my business!!! Called to make an appointment and was told to come in. Ignored at counter and eventually told to just leave a list. I left a detailed list of what I needed and was never contacted. I have tried twice in the last 3 weeks to call them and see what is going on, but was told they were just "too busy to get to my order." I guess a $20,000 door order is just not enough for them? Trying to restore my home and move back in after Ian flooded me out and thought a local business would be better than a big box, but I guess not!

customer service is terrible....2 weeks to give an estimate, guy came to measure and acted like he didnt want the work, then said they would follow up and never did, i called no one answers phone or you leave message and no one returns call.... im done with this place....dont waste your time!!!

Wide selection of baseboards that are actually wood and not mdf. Everyone was very nice and helpful with matching up the trim we needed
