What BBQ place forgets to give you the BBQ sauce on or on the side of the meat? Was pretty stoked to try the Dr. Pepper sauce but nope, nothing. & thanks for charging me 70¢ for cheese to not put any on there.

Ordered food through Door Dash. Not only was I missing my pulled pork sandwich (that I paid almost $12 for) and all the rolls that came with the $75 family pack I ordered, Dickey’s phone conveniently doesn’t work when I try to call to address this. Further, the sweet bbq sauce tasted (and had the consistency of) cheap pancake syrup and half the brisket was nothing but fat (and not the savory fat with all the flavors). Considering I paid over $100 for this order and it was my first time ordering from them, it’s safe to say that I will never order from here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. I got robbed and obviously they don’t care enough about customer service to make this right if they can’t even get their phone lines working.
