The worst company I have ever worked with. Very unprofessional. N ver thought they would be scammers. It's been 2 years and half still waiting on video and albums from my friends wedding. Please DO NOT use this people for any of your events they will leave a sour taste in your mouth.

I've worked personally with this vendor and his photos are amazing! Alex the so kind and works amazingly well with the customer. He made me feel SUPER relaxed and I had fun doing my photo shoot. That's what it's all about. Having fun and being relaxed. My pictures came out amazing and so natural. No tension in my face or anything. The photoshop composer is such a sweet and kind lady my album was literally to die for I was completely blown away by the details. It's shocking that people are posting such bad reviews. You pay for what you get. Some people are just cheap and don't want to pay. Pay your vendor and your photos will be on time and precious. Simple as that. I highly recommend this vendor!

Horrible! Very unprofessional. Went with them because one of the owners family members recommended them. Wish we hadn't. Received no phone calls before the date. They did not ask me any of my preferences. Took forever to receive my pictures and they are POOR quality and not a single one edited. After numerous emails and phone calls finally received my video over a year later and it's even poorer quality, looks like it was thrown together and definitely not by a photography company. They even have photos of themselves inc,using in MY wedding photos. I could go on and on. They are just Horrible. Do not use them!!!

Horrible is an understatement! The video I received could be dated to the 80's for my wedding! I didn't get any photoshop photos they are all blurry and to top it off I never got my portrait nor wedding pictures! I'm so pissed and disappointed it's not even funny! I was told it would be all given to me within 4-6 weeks and it's officially now 9 months later and still nothing! I'm calling help me Howard as of now I showed up to there office and BAM they moved and no where to be found! Just like the memories from my wedding! If anyone has spoken to these people Recently please Let me know where to find them!!?!?!?!

6/22/16 update:AMA contacted me on 6/13 saying my pics and video would be ready to pick up on 6/17. I told Alex I was not going to be able to make it because of my work schedule. He said to come by on 6/21 since it is open house. I went and 5 minutes before arriving I received a call from Margarita saying the video was not ready!I live an hour away!! Margarita herself told me she doesnt understand why Alex lies to customer about the turn around time for videos. Now its 10-12 weeks vs 4-6 weeks.Still waiting for a callback. I have been trying to reach this vendor to get an update on my wedding pictures and I have not heard back from them. My wedding was in April 2016 and they said it would take 4-6 weeks to get my photos and video.I have called, I have emailed and still no reply. Last reply I did receive was on May 25th, telling me Tuesday (may 31st) my photos would be ready and that someone would give me a call, and still nothing. I am very disappointed on their lack of communication with a customer. I have read other reviews on this vendor and I should have listened. On our wedding day, they did not honor our plans and I found the photographer and videographer very intrusive and always in the way! When I was walking down the aisle I did not get to see my fiance until I was in front of him because both the video guy and photographer were on top of me and in my way. It was horrible! The first person I wanted to see was my husband!! They were also supposed to meet at our hotel and take pictures of me getting ready and that was not honored. Save yourself the stress and do not go with this vendor. Be aware that they are also at lots of bridal shows throughout South Florida. Their studio is very nice with lovely pics but don't be fooled.. Stay away.. and don't let them tell you or convince you this is the competition posting up bad reviews! (that's what they told me). These bad reviews are real people dealing with an unprofessional company.
