        I first met Micah as a fellow little league parent, then was happy to have my son put on his football team. During the very unsettling time of Covid affecting my nearly 15 year tenure with an “employer”, Micha was open, honest, and totally responsive/proactive during the “separation”. Everything he advised was on point and my family will always use him if/when necessary. I will also refer him any chance I can....truly a class act and ace at what he does.
