My mortgage processor, Taylor was absolutely incredible. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable about my VA loan and made the process immensely easier than my previous loans.
Taylor excelled at communicating the status of my loan and exactly what was needed from me in order to close. I never had to call and ask for an update, because she was on top of it.
This company just goes to prove that a smaller company always adds a personal touch to any business.

I am a REALTOR with The American Realty. I have worked with this Team for many years. Tim Endress and Charles Brown are my go to guys. The professionalism, communication and dedication of the team is like no other Lender I have worked with. They really care about the buyers and go above and beyond to make sure we get to the closing table. Amanda Bailey works so hard at the end sometimes around the clock to make sure everything lines up for closing. I love them and will continue to do my business with them as always.
