The worst experience. They sent an employee and his name Jonathan. We had asked for an estimate and they never gave it to us. We waited almost an hour. Our door was regular door and he did not try to open it with the master key. When he arrived he just wanted to damage the door to charge us more. After insisting, he tried to open it with the master key and it didn't take more than 5 minutes to unlock the door. He first said a price and then he charged us 180. When he heard that I called the company he got nervous. The person who answered me did not want to help us and hung up on me. We argued and in the end he charged us 120. They robbed us.

I had my doubts whether the key would work because there were no extra cuts in the key like the original. However, when I went to use it, it worked very well.
