On Saturday May 9th ,2020 my husband and I placed an order to be delivered to my mother in law for mother's day, My husband is a fire fighter and I work in the medical field, we've been busy and we didn't think that mother's day was around the corner on Saturday we both had the day off and it came to our mind that we didn't get my mother in law a anything since we are in Land O Lakes and she resides in Pembroke Pines,we decided to call flower places near her and after calling many places we got the same answer that they had reached the max of deliveries for mother's day .I continued the searching and Patty's Floeers &Basket came up I even called to make sure they had an arrangement of Lavender Roses and if they were to delivered on Sunday May 10th ,the lady that answered assured me they had the ones we wanted and that yes they will delivered on mother's day, We were so happy to find a place in short notice that will delivered and had what we wanted ,I placed the order i called them to confirm they received my order they said yes knxe u again i reassure the delivery date and it was confirmed Sunday Mother's day my husband received a call from the florist saying they did not have the Lavender Rose arranged my husband was working he called me upset, I send an email requesting the status of replied the delivery it took hours before they replied apologizing do to raind they couldn't delivered the flowers. I requested a full refund the replied this morning saying they can add a box of chocolate, balloons and a tedy bear for the inconvenience ,I asked them for a picture they send it hours later.My mother in law recieved the flowers at 7pm on Monday May 11th. Yes it had the balloons, chocolate no teddy bear. I will never use this florist ever again they should have been honest from the beginning like the other places i called. WE DID NOT HAVE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE...

I don't even know where to start, I wrote an email to this place that said: " I place an order through your website and the delivery same day it was supposed to be free and you charged me US$15.99. Please let me know if you can returned back to the card." AND YOUR RESPONSE WAS : hello some offers are not available on mothers day in our store we want to do a good job for everyone thanks for your order Thank Pattys Flowers What kind of answer is that? Are you guys nuts? The place is 3 miles from you and then yet you charged for delivery fee, even though the website says free same day delivery. I only used you because a friend of mine recommends you, but I guess she was wrong or maybe the new management doesn't even know how to handle a business or how to take good care or their customers.
