Front door host was great (sweater)... two behind the counter on a cell phone instead of checking us out.

Absolutely disappointed... we order our son costume paid for the extra shipping to be deliver in 2 days ... that was 5 days because his school event .... well when I call because I didnt see a delivery tracking information 4 days later I call and they told me that it had not been shipped because they didnt have it . that is terrible customer service I Do NOT recommend you wasting your time or money here ... you will have a disappointed child .
