When they are trying to sell you a car, they are available 24/7. Once you purchase a vehicle and attempt to schedule service, good luck. I have been attempting to book an appointment for the past three weeks.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE RICK CASE PROVIDE IT AFTER ALL WE HAVE PURCHASED 3 CARS. BUT MY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN IN THE RICK CASE HYUNDAI OF WESTON AND THE DEALERSHIP HAS NEVER FAIL US WITH GIVE ME OR MY HUSBAND TOP THE QUALITY SERVICES. BUT LAST YEAR WE DECIDED TO BUY A KIA SOUL 2022 FOR OUR SON AND HE IS HAPPY WITH HIS BEAUTIFUL CAR AND WISH WE COULD HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR AT OUR REGULAR DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THE TWO TIMES WE HAD TO DO SERVICES ON THE CAR THE SERVICE ADVISORS IN SUNRISE ARE NOTHING COMPARED TO THE WESTON ADVISORS TO OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY GIVE. SO MY BEST RECOMMENDATIONS IS TO RETRAINED YOU ADVISORS HOW THEY TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS AND AS WELL AS YOUR SERVICE MANAGER THAT DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE OF A CUSTOMER CONCERNS. AND I DID CALL CORPORATE OFFICE TODAY TO HAVE THEM FORWARD MY MESSAGE TO THE SAME RUDE SERVICE MANAGER.THEY DESERVE NO STARS FOR AFTER OIL CHANGE WORTH 100.00 PLUS 24.95 AND MINUS 15.00. I HAD NEVER PAID $85.00 FOR A CAR OIL CHANGE. RIDICULOUS!!

After reading these reviews I see I am not the only who had a bad experience. These ratings are horrible........ The Plantation Hyundai people tried to do a bait and switch on me. They lied to me and they wasted my time. It's a shame that this dealership lacked professionalism. I really can't believe they do business in such an unethical way.

My wife Catherine recently went to Rick case Weston to pick up a lease buy out package well they started we can do buy out here buy out was approximately 15800 when this person was done it ballooned to 18820 why how no one tells us anything been waiting for a call from bill goodger but no call its been a week this place has no customer service Rita case should be ashamed of your self the people that represent the Rick case brand are doing ua disservice to ur brand and company shame on u and ur company
