M&H used to be my favorite lunch spot. I came back today as I just came back to town and the quality has plummeted. The customer service is terrible. They were not busy at all and forgot to make my order. The customer service is terrible and they overcharge. After forgetting my order and disappearing into the back room for ten minutes while I waited at the register, the two employees were so slow to help me when I informed them I had ordered fifteen minutes ago. After finding out they no longer include a side with the purchase of their overpriced wraps. I decided to purchase it separately and was charged $1.80 for what is listed as $1 on the menu. When I asked about this the woman informed me it was due to the tax. I didn’t realize Florida tax is 80%. Either this woman is not the brightest or she was shameless enough to tell me something so blatantly false. It’s 80 cents and it’s not a huge deal, but the woman was rude from start to finish despite the fact that I was kind and patient through the entire experience despite being frustrated. As a former service employee, this woma should not be interacting with customers. They lost a loyal customer.
