        Went to advance and they sold me the wrong air control valve for my car. Martin was extremely helpful and patient and was able to find the right part for my car! Advance doesn’t know what there doing . But because of Martins customer service I will be a Autozone customer for life

        I did not have good service. Entered the store, went to the desk, & there I stood& stood & stood, man entered after me ,& two clerks went right to him & went outside to check battery, & there I stood, finally just left.

        I had to address my gratitude towards Andrew and his Mng's; the response time and professional demeanor involving a part issue, they made me feel that in these day's of rudeness and un professional attitudes, these Gentlemen stand out far above.... This is what America needs to re-instill in customer service. Thank you again Mr. Andrew along with. Mr. Demrayl ( forgive the spelling).👍
