I thoroughly enjoy my visits with Ricci. Shes very attentive and understanding of my problems and needs. I feel good after speaking to her after every appointment.

The office staff was great but Dr Harchandani was absolutely rude. She was falling asleep, more or less called me a liar regarding my back surgeries, didn't care about anything I was there for. I'm 57 but have been through a lot in the last 23 years. My mouth is very swollen due to a bad tooth and roots from another lost tooth behind it. I asked for antibiotics for it. I'm losing my house and will be homeless soon so I can't afford the dentist because I was told to get antibiotics was going to pay $180 to see the dentist without the tooth removal. She didn't care.I also told her I can't function on one of my medications because it makes me fall asleep and I told her what I was taking for 18 years that gave me an actual life. My last primary care doctor prescribed it but she unfortunately went into a specialty. Dr Harchandani wouldn't help with that either. She was doing eye rolls and trying to stay awake throughout my 3pm appointment. I expect a doctor who listens and cares but she definitely lost interest in patients. The only reason she has patients is because there aren't many choices around this area. I was tired of driving almost 2 hours for a doctor but I guess I will have to do that. I'm writing to my insurance company about my experience there and will post my experience with her everywhere I can. I wish any other patients lots of luck with her. She needs to find a new job. The girls working for her are great but now they need a new doctor to make a great office
