        So disappointed in the flowers my Oma recieved for Mother's Day. They arrived to her late in the day (8pm) and looked nothing like what I ordered online. Waste of $50. I've tried calling 3 times now, and either get the answering machine, or told the flower lady went home for the day. Avoid this place! ETA photos of what I ordered and what was delivered.

        Placed an online order with this florist for my grandmother earlier in the week for delivery today (the Friday before Mother's Day and the anniversary of my grandfather's passing). I called today to verify the order and confirm delivery. I was rudely responded to "all orders will be delivered at some point today." My response was ok, thank you - I was just verifying the order since I live out of town. The next thing I know I was hung up on. I was actually stunned at this interaction. Not a great introduction for a first time customer. Very poor customer service - I hope that the flower arrangement is nicer than the person who answered the phone.
