Terrible!! Waiting to my ct scan goes to my docttor since January, already be at the office 2 times!!! Rhey dont know how treat they clients, and dont know what they are doing!

Great place and great staff. If there are any problems/issues, speak to Lauren the manager and she will bend over backwards to help and resolve the issue. She is very accommodating and gets things done!

3rd time with husband at this location never good experience! On my second visit was to set an appointment they made me to sign, then made me wait 38 minutes to finally tell me they cant set the appointment because I needed a referral!!!. On my Third visit, the first thing they ask is for your co-pay. Then appointment was at 9:30 they see my husband for X-ray 10:24. They are so slow and disrespectful NO GOOD customer services at all. Should fire all bad staff and hire new good customer service employees!!!. I will make sure medicare/ lawyer investigate this matter since they treat you on cancelling your appointment if you are 15min late. Winter haven is better friendly customer service!
