The doctors are great,Bm abnd vp10ery professional. But as far as getting a referral, don't hold your breath. Takes weeks and they refer you to doctor's in the wrong county. call and they don't know what you're talking about.

Terrible experience! I booked an appointment more than a month in advance and with a week to go before the appointment they sent me a msg saying it was with another doctor!! And I was very specific when I made the appointment!! I called and spoke to 4 different attendants who could not explain why the clinic had changed the doctor without my consent. And they offered me an appointment for almost 2 months from now. LACK OF RESPECT AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

The most incompetent doctors office I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. I will be making a complaint with MOA soon. I requested a letter stating my disabled brother's condition and after 20 days and 4 phone calls I finally went there for them to tell me"He needs to see a specialist". No phone call, no common custody. And it turned out they were responsible to write the letter as the primary Doctors.

Worst office ever! Dont waste your time at even booking an appointment, they do mysterious cancellations without letting you know. I booked an appointment, asked for my day off, and when I show up the lady in front tells me that it was cancelled. Cancelled by Who??? They supposedly texted to a wrong number (no Idea how was that put on file). After repeating several times that I didnt cancel the appointment and that it was their mistake, she didnt care at all, she just remained sitting without even asking if there was something it could be done or if they could be see me. Her only solution I have an appointment for next year Why? To be cancelled again? Good Luck with that! Im giving one star because the system doesnt allow me to put minus 5. Dont get fooled by the scarce good reviews!
