        My washer died yesterday. I went online doing research with the intention to buy parts from Amazon to fix it myself. However, I came across a local repair service company "Fix Appliances", after a quick online chat with a service rep. named "Kris", I decided to call and make appointment for the next day. 11:00AM a tech serviceman named "Roman" showed in time, after a quick diagnose, he identified the problem which is the motor (my washer model is Samsung Fuzzy Compact P801 800). He got the job done quickly and professionally. I am so happy with the service but more than that, I am happy that now I've found a trustworthy and reliable local service repair company which I can trust.
