Love ijumps bounce houses! My son talked about his party so much last year because of the bounce house. Amazing service, quick set up, on time delivery, super clean, just a wonderful experience! Thank you ijump, Justin, and Jose for delivering excellent service once again!

I am writing this review a little late but here is goes. I was seriously surprised after all the good things I'd heard and read about them that I had such a lousy experience. I rented a water slide for July 4th, in advance and even had it paid in full days prior to the party. A hurricane came through that weekend and we were all recommended to cancel our contracts because their insurance wouldn't cover any damage due to the winds/hurricane. I asked about how the refund would be handled and I was ensured that it would go back on the cards it came off of. Ok, cool. Unfortunate but that's Florida for ya. I waited several weeks and there was no refund. After weeks and weeks of attempting to call, text and sending emails (all of which went without a response!) I ended up filing disputes with my credit card companies and was awarded my monies back. I wish they would have followed through on what they promised or at the very least had the decency to answer my messages. I wasn't rude or angry and the fact that I was ignored was completely uncalled for. Still to this day, no one from iJUMP has ever reached out to me to discuss what happened. Highly disappointing and I personally will not be using them again.

Ashley is fantastic! I would highly recommend this company for your bouncing needs!!! My daughters LOVE the unicorn bouncy house with slide!! 😊😊
