        This is the second time I worked with Stephanie and she was awesome again!! I had a very tight time frame to invest my money from the sale of a beach home due to a 1031 exchange process and I honestly didn't know where to start from, as this entire investment process was all new to me. First, I thought about buying just land, then I opted for a ranch, then a duplex or triplex and nothing seemed right at the time. She pointed me to a great area in Ocala where I was able to split my money and buy 2 brand new construction homes! They were easy to rent and I am making great profit, thanks to Stephanie's help during the entire process. Just like the first time I worked with her, she answered all the questions I had and supported me during a very difficult time with a lot of pressure on me.
