The most unethical company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Please do not fall for their “call back in 90 days” ploy to finish the install. After 90 days you cannot cancel the service and they will tell you that they cannot fulfill their “verbal” contract and you are screwed. Even the parent company ADT has said they have received numerous complaints about this company. Bottom line. If they show up at your door, lock it, and don’t answer. They are unethical and a bunch of liars. Please pass the word.

Although I do not personally have a security service, if I ever do decide to have one put in I would seriously consider ADT after my experience this last Friday. I was working on installing a real estate sign next door, and James Kirkland with ADT came over and helped my get my pitiful shovel into the compacted earth. Actually, he dug the entire hole for me! Horrible customer service for the install or move process. Spent 34 minutes on the phone, switched agents 8 times, to accomplish about 2 minutes worth of actual work. The system itself is fine, but their agents aren't trained to know which department handles what. I was unnecessarily switched from agent to agent, when the business I needed handled was pretty straightforward. Before you dial their (800) number, have at least an hour free, and be prepared to repeat your information every single time you are switched.

We do not have an ADT Security System, but this past weekend of June 2, 2012, there were at least 4 joung people in our area of West Old Mill Way here in Crestview, FL going door to door. We want to commend them for being respectful to our "No Solicitors" sign. The young lady saw it and did not approch our door. Most "Sales Persons" act dumb and knock anyway. We thank her for our privacy. It's companies like yours that we respect and might one day do bussiness with. Thank you, Andy
