Arthur Lake Estates Dev

I have lived here nearly 8 years. I have been noticed on 2 occasions about once a camper was in my yard and once a pull trailer was in yard. I put the items behind my fence. I complied although it is a wonder to me why these items are in other folks yards for long period if times. People continue to park in the road and sometimes it is difficult to pull out if my drive. The home owner fees seem to go up every year. It is not often posted anymore when the homeowner meetings are held. The front light at the entrance has been out for some time making it very hard to see the drive. The damage done to the common area is still not completed.
