    Chris, Robert, I'm writing you here and to your business email since neither of you are answering my phone calls or texts. I'll recap the timeline of events, which is why you have a refund request on CashApp for $810. To be fair I have to say C&B came highly recommended when I had a pipe leak.  They answered the phone and Chris came out and repaired the pipe immediately that morning.  I was impressed and gladly paid through CashApp.  Shortly after I found a small leak on my old water heater and wanted to ask Chris to replace it, which he agreed to do. What follows is a timeline of me paying Chris in advance for material, several breaks in communication, and multiple commitments to come perform the work, and not meeting a single committed date. On October 12th I spoke to Chris and sent him via CashApp $700 for a water heater and other material he stated would be needed to replace my water heater.  From October 13th to the 19th I heard nothing until Chris wrote me about a death in the family.  Chris said he would be back in town and come out the weekend of October 23-24th to replace the water heater. Chris didn't make it out.  After days of not answering calls or texts he wrote that he would come out Thursday October 28th.  The morning of Thursday he confirmed he would be out to replace the water heater.  He didn't show up.  Again I tried to text several times and got no response. October 30th Brenda (Chris's wife) texts me apologizing, and that Chris had been in the hospital. I finally spoke to Chris on the phone November 4th.  He needed photos of my water heater and stand and I sent both while we were on the phone.  He stated he needed an additional $110 so he could get the stand.  I sent the money so he could order it that evening. Monday, November 8th he texted stating he would come out and do the work in the afternoon.  His wife was in the hospital all weekend which is why he wasn't answering texts.  That evening he texted that the stand had not been delivered. I tried to contact Chris for the next couple days by call and text and got no response.  Eventually Brenda answered and was on her way with Robert (Chris's dad) to pick up Chris from the hospital. Monday, November 15th I finally got through to Chris on the phone and he said that he and his brother would come out Tuesday the 16th to replace the water heater.  They didn't show. No response Tuesday.  No response Wednesday. Thursday just before 1pm I spoke with Chris and he was finally on his way out to do the work. Since then, still no show, still no response to several calls, voice messages, and texts. It's been over a month.
