        Absolutely terrible experience. We had to unenroll our child as they no longer offered VPK. We informed the director and front desk 3 separate times we will no longer be having our child attending Childcare network and STILL got charged. After the first time of being charged we understood it was just a mistake but the next week we were charged yet again. This has happened a month ago, $410 lost and still no refund. Were bringing this to the BBB as we have had to remind multiple times to refund us and still nothing back. The financial department is on vacation at the time so itll be another week off no refund almost going on two months of lost money that was not our fault.

        My two boys have been attending this childcare for the past 2 years. Hands down the best one theyve been to. I love that they are learning every single day while theyre here. They come home & tell me about all the things they did each day. I get pictures through out the day through an app the teachers use & it keeps my heart at ease. We love the teachers so much. Mr. Anthony & Mrs. Terry do a wonderful job running this place & keep me informed on anything I need to know. 10/10 recommend for a safe place for your babies!

        I'm so grateful for my son's teacher Shani. I don't know how she does it but I don't worry about Adam through the day because I know he's in good hands. Thank you for all that you do for him and showing him patience. Shani goes out of her way to keep me updated through the app and I love the pictures.
