I scheduled biweekly cleanings with Pristine Maids, which starts with a required deep cleaning. Our home is overall very clean so I dont see the need for a $365 cleaning to start the service unless I ask for it. Nothing worth that amount of money was done during that first cleaning. I knew about this requirement up front, but after the fact it just seemed very unnecessary for what I paid. It was scheduled for 2 providers to be there for 4 hours for the initial deep clean. They were finished within an hour and a half and had to come back the next day to clean a couple things that werent complete. The next clean two weeks later, we returned home to find our front door left unlocked upon their departure and various things around the house out of place (trash cans, curtains, rugs, etc.). The providers were always very sweet and very nice in the encounters I had with them, but I felt it was best to find another service after having to email after both cleanings with issues. I was told my house key would be mailed out that next day from their office. It took almost a month and several emails before I finally got it back.
