I had them replace the engine mounts on my Ridgeline. The lady up front was wonderful. The mechanic, Mark, not so much. He replaced the engine mounts and didn't properly snap in the plastic cover on top of the engine. Then the truck ran rough and vibrated. Then an emissions fault light came up on the dash. I had it diagnosed at two other places. There is a vacuum leak and possibly a bad O2 sensor. These components must be removed to replace the engine mounts. Mark takes no blame. He also wanted for me to wait to bring it back in. I will never bring a vehicle there again.
