Our community switched from company that had 20 years with us to ABC Roofing. It has been reasonable price and great job done. We will keep using ABC for years. I did not have to increase the community fee.

I had an amazing experience with ABC Roofing Corp. I worked with Joe (Joey) Simms, who was totally customer-focused, friendly, and quite professional. Joey contacted me ahead of time when he was en route to the appointment, explaining the process. He arrived on time, took pictures of the missing tile and damage to the roof, and communicated the cost to repair. Because I was under a tight deadline with my insurance company for repairs to be completed, Joey scheduled the repairs within 3 days. ABC Roofing was recommended by my neighbor who was pleased with her new roof, which the company installed. ABC Roofing is currently under contract with many of my neighbors in Whispering Woods because of the company's excellent reputation in the industry. I fully recommend and endorse ABC Roofing. If you have an opportunity to work with Joey ... all the better.

Very unprofessional service, lack of communication, doesn't take accountability of their damages, and they give you the run around, quick to take your money but unable to fix their mistakes. HOA got our Townhome building to go ahead and replace our roof and suggested this company. We went ahead and voted for this company, and it was a major mistake. First and foremost, they used my outdoor electrical outlet without permission to power their equipment to work on various units' as our roof is shared with other units, my unit so happens to be one of the only ones with outdoor outlet and they took advantage. I had completed the interior remodeled my home, including popcorn ceeling removal. I to see that my ceiling had a hole from a large wood beam falling into my closet. I had my handyman come and verified it was from the roofing company. I spoke with one of the guys working on the roof and did not want to take accountability and said they would speak with the supervisor as he wasn't there. Long story short, this was back in August... I had emailed the front office multiple times and called them. But I was always getting the "the manager just left... etc. " and they failed to address the issue. It took months for after many emails being sent with the proof of before and after pics , video and receipts...and no answers. I was being nice hoping to get an answer but was being ignored. Once I stated, I was walking to the front office as they started working on it to come back and say they weren't responsible for dropping a wood beam into my property from the ceiling. I had to pay $1,500 in repairs, and all I asked for was reimbursement and compensation for using my electricity without consent (theft). It took them 5 months to tell me they weren't liable for their damages, and it was on their contract as the wood beam from the roof fell inside my home and wasn't damage from the outside. Made no sense whatsoever.

ABC roofing has the worst customer satisfaction. I had my roof replaced by them in 2018. My roof has leaked EVERY year since. They came out twice in 2022 and twice in 2023 in an attempt to fix the leaks. Both upstairs bathroom has leaks. My sons
bedroom is leaking on his bed but they claim they arent responsible. Here we are in 2024 and my roof is still leaking. When I asked about the damages to the inside of my home, they tell me they arent responsible for and damage done to the inside of my home. I explained we wouldnt be having this conversation had the workmanship been done correctly. A new roof supposed to last 20-25 years my roof leaks if we have two or more days of rain. Save yourself the stress and headache and hire a reputable company that would stand by their work.
