After some hiccups, about 6 months ago, they've cleaned up their act significantly! I'm pleasantly surprised! The service is now how it should be: Professional. The owner, Alejandra, wears the same outfit as the rest of her staff and is vigilant of her customers. Michelle, one of the waitresses, is on top of her game, always smiling, and with great attitude, every time we go, as are the other girls. We had the Picada for two. Generous portion of well seasoned and cooked food, delicious! The drink menu could use variety of cocktails and perhaps a bottle of Jägermeister wouldn't hurt, but it's still enough to find easily something to drink. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars (I'd give it 4.5, if there was the option) is because of the uncertainty of when there will be dancing on the weekends, but when it's on, it's so much fun, whether you go with your significant other or a group! It's absolutely worth going there, specially seeing the God awful places that exist... La Chama offers a great alternative to the many meat markets out there! :)
