I had the pleasure of working with a great realtor his name is Kevin Fann. Without Kevin I do not think that I would’ve found a place in Florida’s crazy market. I live in Missouri and we are relocating to Florida. Kevin was very professional and courteous with great personality. He always answered my phone calls even at 11.00pm at night. He felt my stress of finding a great place for the family and I so he went above and beyond in finding us the place we loved. What can I say about Madison Hinkle at Blue Realty except an endless amount of amazing things. Throughout our house buying process I thought to myself, we can probably just be friends in real life! She came highly recommended by a trusted friend and did not disappoint. Madison is extremely knowledgeable about every detail of the house-buying process, which was really important for us since we were first time home buyers! When I say she's on top of it I am not exaggerating! She was in our corner from day one and truly went to bat for us. She was always extremely responsive from day one whether it was via email, phone call, or text message. She never farmed out responsibility to others and was always available to answer our many questions in detail. We needed some remote support and she was great going through the homes and using Zoom or WhatsApp for viewings and also meeting for on the ground tours. She literally worked well into the night to make sure we were able to put in an offer on our dream home and it got accepted which was amazing! With the endless amount of people involved in the very detailed house buying process I was so happy to have Madison as our glue connecting all the dots between the seller, title, lender, Etc. She is as smart as she is sweet and I don't think this process would have been as smooth if we went with anyone else. We are forever grateful for her support during this process and are so happy to move into our new home! I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Valerie Torres was our realtor and I must say she was absolutely amazing. We started working with Valerie several years ago when a friend recommended her. Back then we weren't quite serious about moving, but she kept in touch and sent us properties, until a year ago when we finally decided to make the move. At times it was a bit challenging, with us being so far away, but she never relented even when we had our doubts and thought it may never happen. Thanks too her patience, we closed in early September and we are now enjoying our new home.
