These people are by far the most unprofessional, unscrupulous, rude bunch Ive met in a very long time. If you try to stand up to them, they will pull every dirty trick to intimidate you into silence. This is a family owned business and from what I hear, the apples dont fall far from the tree. The nephew knows how to charm like no one else, but dont be fooled, hes the devil in disguise. If you know whats good for you, talk your board into hiring a different mgmt. firm. Stay away from them and if youre stuck with them, scrutinize every purchase they direct the board to make. Watch the bidding process like a hawk.
Theyve had several DBPR complaints and BBB complaints, however we know how effective these 2 organizations are. These characters have no business having a CAM license.
