This is an unsolicited recommendation for Docteroff Medical Billing. I have personally known Harriet for decades and used the billing services for about a decade. I have known several physicians personally who have used her since the late 1980s and they raved about her services so much I transferred my billing to her. Perhaps the only mistake I made about all of this was my failure not to use her earlier in the 1980s. The billing service is accurate and precise because she herself is that way, everything is done meticulously, unpaid or difficult insurance questions are handled by Harriet, as if Harriet were Sherlock Holmes making certain that everything unknown is found and all payments are made. She not only takes care of the billing she contacts insurance companies for benefits and patients; she looks up information so that correct codes can be billed out and provides me with significant information that I did not know in my psychological practice and with changing codes. I strongly recommend her services above anyone else’s services. Harriet and all her employees are extremely professional, any question my office manager may have for Harriet is promptly answered the same day. Harriet is honest, caring, trustworthy and detailed nothing slips by her.
