Wonderful flower store. They got me squared away no issues and blew me away with what I got for my money. Best value I have gotten on flowers in a long time. Will for sure use them again and again. I strongly recommend checking them out and giving them a shot

I am making this a 4 star review rather than the 3 star because I know that everyone is doing the best they can with the pandemic. Still, I am really sad about the flowers they sent my mother. I ordered the Large/Premium version of the Lavender Love bouquet (what is shown in the attachment is their Medium/Deluxe so it should have been even bigger). I added balloons and a bear and tried to give her the biggest, prettiest flowers I could find to celebrate Mother's Day which also falls on my deceased sister's birthday. And I haven't seen her in ages with the pandemic. I deliberately didn't order a clear glass vase. So after I spent forever picking out flowers and made my order, there is a note that says because of demand they are on designer's choice. I guess that means they can shove a few roses with a ton of greenery and call it a day because that's what it seems like they did. In a clear glass vase. Not terrible, just not what I was hoping for.

I understand were under quarantine but I stood outside for 10 mins alone no help or direction. Called the number on the paper directing me to do so and no one answered and the employees in the shop were looking right at me through the window. Floral arrangements are great but the service isnt so great.

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday today. They didnt have the orchards but their customer service was amazing with how they dealt with me. They called me and apologized and asked if it was okay if they didnt have the orchids. Paula offered to send a photo of what the bouquet would look like. This is money well spent! My mother is over the moon with the quality of the arrangements. I also loved that the card was hand written made it more personal. The smell of the flowers and the vase is more than I could ask for. Definitely made up for the missing flowers! Thank you Fiesta Flowers!
