Perfection! Joshua is not happy unless everything is perfect. You don't need to oversee anything, you can just count on him to do the best job the first time every time. If there is anything he cannot do (has not actually happened to me) he knows someone who can do it.

Joshua at Presidential Home Improvement provided me with spectacular service. When I called him he was actually able to come over within a hour to access my roof leak. He gave me two prices: 1 if wood needed to be replaced and 1 if wood did not need to be replaced. I was happy with his estimates and asked when he could come back and do the work. He said that he could do it that day. Never did I expect anyone to fix my roof the same day they gave me an estimate. After he exposed the wood under the shingles he brought me up on the roof to show me the rotted wood that needed to be replaced also. He and his associate where professional, quick, efficient and clean. I highly recommend Joshua and Presidential Home Improvement.
